Unveiling Paris Life at Iloilo Business Park's Saint Honore

There's a piece of Paris rising soon in the 72-hectare Iloilo Business Park. Megaworld Corporation introduced its sixth residential tower in the 72-hectare Iloilo Business Park township last year. The mid-rise condominium boasts a French-inspired architecture based from the establishments in a historical street in downtown Paris, Rue Saint-Honore.

The property developer said on Thursday that the 10-storey condominium which will go by the name Saint Honore, will be an exclusive residential community that offers 168 units ranging from a studio to two-bedroom units sized between 24 and 77.5 square meters. Based on the introductory price, units are selling from P2.9 million to P9 million which are targeted to be turned over to homebuyers by 2021.

Jennifer Palmares-Fong, Iloilo Business Park Vice President for sales and marketing, said that the condominium will bring the Ilonggos to a trip down the opulence of Paris.
“Ilonggos will get to experience the world-renowned beauty of Paris with Saint Honore,” Megaworld cited Fong as saying ina press statement.

“Amidst all of its grandeur and Parisian lifestyle, future residents are assured of utmost exclusivity, privacy, and serene atmosphere in this first-of-its-kind residential enclave in Iloilo,” the executive added.

The other features of Saint Honore include an exclusive lanai or balcony for some select units with a magnificent view of the township or Iloilo skyline.
