Unveiling Paris Life at Iloilo Business Park's Saint Honore

There's a piece of Paris rising soon in the 72-hectare Iloilo Business Park. Megaworld Corporation introduced its sixth residential tower in the 72-hectare Iloilo Business Park township last year. The mid-rise condominium boasts a French-inspired architecture based from the establishments in a historical street in downtown Paris, Rue Saint-Honore.

The property developer said on Thursday that the 10-storey condominium which will go by the name Saint Honore, will be an exclusive residential community that offers 168 units ranging from a studio to two-bedroom units sized between 24 and 77.5 square meters. Based on the introductory price, units are selling from P2.9 million to P9 million which are targeted to be turned over to homebuyers by 2021.

Jennifer Palmares-Fong, Iloilo Business Park Vice President for sales and marketing, said that the condominium will bring the Ilonggos to a trip down the opulence of Paris.

The other features of Saint Honore include an exclusive lanai or balcony for some select units with a magnificent view of the township or Iloilo skyline. The tower will be equipped with a lifestyle amenity deck on the third floor which will house a swimming pool, a kiddie pool, a pool lounge, Jacuzzi, a fitness center and function halls.

Meanwhile, the atrium within the ground level, teeming with garden landscape and trellised seating, will be complemented with shopping boutiques that will border the ground floor area. On the other hand, a podium parking will have a place for drivers lounge as well as a washroom.
The activities in the general areas within the vicinity of the condominium including the lobby and lounge area, will be monitored under closed-circuit TV (CCTV) cameras. A video-phone security system will be installed in all units while a centralized security command center will monitor all the building facilities and amenities for 24 hours. These measures will be taken to ensure the security and privacy of its future residents.
